WHO WE ARE
Formed in 1957, AuXoGate invests its own private capital and other originated resources to provide the necessary support to outperform operationally, financially, and strategically. Our investment approach is based on the fundamentals of trust, integrity, and honesty. AuXoGate has invested in industries such as sports, leisure and hospitality, energy, communications infrastructure, and real estate.
With over 30 years of experience building businesses across New England, Mark offers a wealth of development, management and strategic planning knowledge. After receiving an Economics degree from Colby College, he went on to build Mscisz Construction, where he developed both residential and commercial buildings in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is the co-owner of several other companies, including two concrete precast manufacturing companies, MRS Management and Danvers Indoor Sports. Mark has been active on his community Planning and Recreation Boards and is responsible for creating the largest network of youth lacrosse programs in the world. He enjoys fly fishing and spending time with his family.
STEVE MSCISZ
As co-owner and founder of multiple businesses, Steve has the proven leadership and business management skills to bring value and growth to AuXoGate’s portfolio companies. He serves as Principal of MRS Management, LLC, a full service property management and development company, is the co-owner and manager of over 600 residential apartments in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and co-owns various commercial and retail properties totaling over 300,000 sq. ft. He is also the co-owner of Danvers Indoor Sports. He graduated from Massachusetts Maritime Academy with a degree in Business Administration.
CHRIS MSCISZ
Chris joined the AuXoGate team with over six years of real estate experience. He graduated from High Point University in 2013 with a degree in business administration. He began his career working for a Boston-based brokerage firm for two years before joining MRS Property Management. While managing operations at MRS, Chris initiated the use of a web-based property management software system which streamlines the day-to-day operations of the entire real estate portfolio.
